Cada cápsula contiene:

Acido Acetilsalicílico 325 mg
Salófeno 160 mg
Cafeína 15 mg

ACCION FARMACOLOGICA: El Acido Acetilsalicílico y el Salófeno que se convierte en Acido Acetilsalicílico, inhiben la síntesis de las prostaglandinas, dando el efecto analgésico y anti inflamatorio. La Cafeína estimula en todos los niveles el SNC originando de esta manera un efecto de alerta mental en los casos de somnolencia y fatiga.

INDICACIONES: Sorojchi Pills cápsulas, esta indicado en cefaleas, estados de somnolencia, fatiga, náuseas, mareos y malestar general en personas que experimentan el mal de las montañas o altura (Sorojchi).

CONTRAINDICACIONES: No deben consumir Sorojchi Pills personas con hipersensibilidad a uno de los componentes de la fórmula. Asimismo personas con desórdenes de la coagulación, hemorragia gástrica, gastritis.

PRECAUCIONES: En asma bronquial, fiebre de heno y edema de la mucosa nasal
No administrar durante el embarazo, lactancia y en niños o adolescentes con influenza ó varicela.

ADVERTENCIAS: No administrar en pacientes alcohólicos, en pacientes diabéticos, en hipertensos; con función renal, cardiaca o hepática reducidas.

INTERACCIONES E INCOMPATIBILIDADES: Los medicamentos que contengan Acido Acetilsalicílico, no deben ser administrados concomitantemente con preparados que contengan salicilatos, agentes uricosúricos o AINES, con anticoagulantes orales
y heparina, con barbitúricos y antihistamínicos.

REACCIONES ADVERSAS: Los efectos secundarios del Acido Acetilsalicílico, son principalmente gastrointestinales: Hemorrágias, acidéz y activación de las úlceras pépticas. Raramente se asocia al Acido Acetilsalicílico la aparición de picazón, rash cutáneo, urticaria, dermatitis, eritema y erupciones pustulares, trombocitopenia e hipoprotombinemia.

DOSIS Y VIAS DE ADMINISTRACION: Adultos y niños mayores de 10 años 1 cápsula cada 8 horas.

PRESENTACION: Caja de 20 y 200 cápsulas.

Each capsule contains:

Acetylsalicylic acid: 325 mg
Salophen: 160 mg
Caffeine: 15 mg

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION: The Acetylsalicylic Acid and the Salophen which becomes Acetylsalicylic acid, inhibit the prostglands, with an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. The Caffeine stimulates the CNS at all levels improving mental alertness in somnolence and fatigue cases.

INDICATIONS: Sorojchi Pills capsules are indicated against severe headaches, somnolence states, nausea, dizziness and general malaise caused by altitude disease (Sorojchi).

COUNTER-INDICATIONS: People hypersensitive to one of the components of the formula should not take Sorojchi Pills. Neither should consume it people with coagulation disorders, gastric haemorrhages or gastritis.

PRECAUTIONS: During bronchial asthma, high fever and nasal mucous membrane oedema. Not to administer during the pregnancy, lactancia and in children or adolescents with influenza or varicela.

WARNINGS: Do not administer it to alcoholic, diabetic, high blood pressure patients or with renal, cardiac or hepatic failure.

INTERACTIONS AND INCOMPATIBILITIES: The medicines which contain Acetylsalicylic acid should not be given with preparations which contain salicylates, uricosuric agents or AINES, with oral anti-coagulants and heparin, with barbiturates and anti-histamines.

ADVERSE REACTIONS: The side effects of the Acetylsalicylic acid are mainly gastrointestinal: Haemorrhages, heartburn, and activation of peptic ulcers. The Acetylsalicylic acid is rarely associated to itches, skin rashes, urticaria, dermatitis, erythema, and pustule eruptions, thrombocytopaenia and hypothrombobinemia.

POSOLOGY: Adults and children up from 10 years 1 capsule every 8 hours.

PRESENTATION: Packs of 20 and 200 capsules.

Chaque comprimé contient :

Acide acétylsalicylique 325 mg
Salofène : 160 mg
Caféine : 15 mg

ACTION PHARMACOLOGIQUE: L'Acide Acétylsalicylique et le Salofêne qui devient Acide Acétylsalicylique, inhibent la synthèse des prostaglandines, en donnant un effet analgésique et anti - inflammatoire. La Caféine stimule le SNC à tous ses niveaux entraînant ainsi un effet d'alerte mentale en cas de somnolence et de fatigue.

INDICATIONS: Les Sorojchi Pills comprimés sont indiqués pour combattre les céphalées, les états de somnolence, de fatigue, les nausées, le vertige et le malaise général chez les personnes qui souffrent le mal de montagne ou d'altitude (Sorojchi).

CONTRE-INDICATIONS: Les personnes hypersensibles à un des composants de la formule ne doivent pas consommer les Sorojchi Pills. Les personnes présentant des désordres de coagulation, d'hémorragie gastrique, de gastrite ne doivent pas non plus les consommer.

PRÉCAUTIONS: Déconseillé en situations d'asthme bronchial, rhume des foins et œdème de la muqueuse nasale. Ne pas utiliser pendant la grossesse, l'allaitement et aux enfants ou adolescents souffrant de la grippe ou de la varicelle.

ADVERTISSEMENT: Ne pas administrer en patients alcooliques, diabétiques, hypertendus ou avec la fonction rénale, cardiaque ou hépatique réduite.

INTERACTIONS ET INCOMPATIBILITÉ: Les médicaments contenant Acide Acétylsalicylique ne doivent pas être administrés en même temps que de préparations qui contiennent de salicylates, d'agents uricosuriques ou AINES ni avec d'anticoagulants oraux et de l'héparine, de barbituriques et d'antihistaminiques.

REACTIONS ADVERSES: Les effets secondaires de l'Acide Acétylsalicylique sont notamment gastro-intestinaux : Des hémorragies, des aigreurs, et l'activation des ulcères peptiques. Il est rare d'associer l'Acide Acétylsalicylique avec l'apparition de démangeaison, des éruptions cutanées, des urticaires, des dermatites, d'érythème et des éruptions pustuleuses, des thrombocytopénies et des hypoprotombinémies.

POSOLOGIE ET VOIES D'ADMINISTRATION: Adultes et enfants de plus de dix ans : 1 comprimé toutes les 8 heures.

PRÉSENTATION: Emballage de 20 et 200 comprimés.

PHARMAKOLOGISCHE WIRKUNG: Acetylsalicylsäure und Salophen, die zu Acetylsalicylsäure werden, hemmen die Synthese der Prostaglandine, wodurch es zu einer schmerzstillenden und entzündungshemmenden Wirkung kommt. Das Koffein regt das Zentrale Nervensystem auf allen Ebenen an und wirkt auf diese Weise bei Schläfrigkeit und Ermüdungserscheinungen aufputschend.

ANWENDUNGSGEBIETE: Sorojchi Pills Kapseln wirken gegen heftige Kopfschmerzen, Schläfrigkeit, Ermüdung, Übelkeit, Schwindel und Unwohlsein im Allgemeinen bei Personen, die unter der Höhenkrankheit (Sorojchi) leiden.

GEGENANZEIGEN: Sorojchi Pills dürfen nicht angewendet werden bei Personen mit Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber einer der Komponenten des Präparats, bei Gerinnungsstörungen, Magenblutungen oder Gastritis.

VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN: Bei Bronchialasthma, Heuschnupfen und Ödemen der Nasenschleimhaut. Nicht einzunehmen während der Schwangerschaft, in der Stillzeit und kinder oder jugendtliche, die an Grippe oder Windpocken erkrantd sind.

WARNHINWEISE: Nicht anzuwenden bei Alkoholikern, Diabetikern oder Patienten mit Bluthochdruck oder Nieren- Herz- oder Leberfunktionsstörungen.

WECHSELWIRKUNGEN MIT ANDEREN MITTELN UND UNVERTRÄGLICHKEITEN: Medikamente, die Acetylsalicylsäure enthalten, sollten nicht gleichzeitig mit Arzneimitteln verabreicht werden, die Salicylate, Uricosurica-Wirkstoffe bzw. AINES enthalten; mit oralen Gerinnungshemmern und Heparin, Barbituraten oder Antihistaminika.

NEBENWIRKUNGEN: Die durch Acetylsalicylsäure hervorgerufenen Nebenwirkungen betreffen vor allem den Magen-Darm-Trakt: Blutungen, Sodbrennen und Aktivierung peptischer Geschwüre. In Zusammenhang gebracht mit Acetylsalicylsäure wird selten Juckreiz, Hautausschlag, Nesselausschlag, Dermatitis, Erythem und Pustelausschlag, Thrombozytopenie und Hypoprothrombinämie.

DOSIERUNG UND ART DER ANWENDUNG: Erwachsene und Kinder über 10 Jahren eine Kapsel alle 8 Stunden.
